- Develop and implement comprehensive space allocation strategies to maximize facility utilization
- Conduct regular space audits and utilization reports to identify optimization opportunities
- Coordinate facility maintenance, renovations, and relocation projects with vendors
- Design workplace layouts that promote collaboration, productivity, and employee well-being
- Manage space-related budgets and ensure cost-effective resource allocation
- Oversee compliance with safety regulations and building codes for all spaces

Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Facilities Management, Architecture, Engineering, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in space planning, facilities management, or workplace strategy
- Proficiency in space planning software (AutoCAD, SketchUp, FM:Systems)
- Strong project management skills with experience in office relocations/renovations
- Knowledge of local building codes, safety regulations, and workplace standards
- Excellent analytical skills for space utilization data interpretation
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management abilities
