- Conduct patient intake interviews in both Spanish and English to gather accurate medical history and personal information.
- Manage incoming calls and emails to schedule appointments, confirm details, and answer patient inquiries promptly.
- Verify and process health insurance information and claim documents to ensure coverage is established.
- Coordinate with medical staff and providers to ensure seamless communication and efficient patient flow.
- Update patient records in the medical management system with precision and strict confidentiality.
- Assist with general administrative duties, including filing, data entry, and maintaining a tidy workspace.
- Handle patient complaints or concerns with empathy and escalate issues to management when necessary.

- Fluency in both Spanish and English (verbal and written) with the ability to communicate complex medical concepts clearly.
