Tanggung Jawab
- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls in Spanish and English with a focus on quality and efficiency.
- Resolve customer inquiries regarding account balances, transactions, and services.
- Process account updates, loan applications, and other banking transactions accurately.
- Build rapport with customers and identify opportunities to cross-sell financial products.
- Document all customer interactions and maintain accurate records in the CRM system.
- Adhere to all banking regulations, compliance policies, and quality assurance standards.
Kualifikasi
- Fluency in both English and Spanish (must pass a language proficiency test).
- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree in a related field is a plus.
- Previous experience in customer service, call centers, or retail sales is preferred.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude.
