Tanggung Jawab
- Handle incoming and outgoing calls from Spanish-speaking customers with professionalism and empathy.
- Resolve customer complaints and inquiries to ensure high satisfaction levels.
- Process transactions and account updates accurately and securely.
- Identify opportunities to cross-sell banking products and services.
- Document all customer interactions and account changes in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily and monthly performance targets.
Kualifikasi
- Must be fluent in both Spanish and English (verbal and written).
- High school diploma or equivalent is required.
- Previous experience in a call center or customer service environment is preferred.
- Strong computer literacy, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent interpersonal and active listening skills.
- Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced team environment.
