Tanggung Jawab
- Provide exceptional customer service to Spanish-speaking clients via phone, email, and chat.
- Resolve complex customer inquiries regarding accounts, transactions, and banking services with accuracy and empathy.
- Navigate multiple internal banking systems to retrieve information and update account records.
- Adhere to strict security protocols and privacy standards to protect sensitive financial information.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to escalate and resolve customer issues efficiently.
- Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction (CSAT) scores by meeting quality and productivity metrics.
- Stay updated on the latest financial products, policies, and service procedures.
Kualifikasi
- Professional fluency in both Spanish and English (written and verbal).
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a BPO, call center, or customer-facing role.
- Strong computer literacy and proficiency with CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent communication, active listening, and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to handle high-volume interactions under pressure.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow complex banking compliance guidelines.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends or holidays as required.
