Kualifikasi

  • Professional fluency in both Spanish and English (written and verbal).
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in a BPO, call center, or customer-facing role.
  • Strong computer literacy and proficiency with CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Excellent communication, active listening, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven ability to handle high-volume interactions under pressure.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow complex banking compliance guidelines.
  • Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends or holidays as required.
