Tanggung Jawab
- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls regarding account inquiries, transactions, and technical support in Spanish.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently while maintaining a professional and empathetic demeanor.
- Accurately document all customer interactions and account updates within the company's CRM software.
- Identify cross-selling opportunities to promote Wells Fargo products and services to eligible clients.
- Collaborate with team members and supervisors to ensure high service quality and meet daily KPI targets.
- Stay updated on banking products, policies, and procedures to provide accurate and compliant information.
- Escalate complex issues to senior management or specialized departments when necessary.
Kualifikasi
- Fluent in both English and Spanish (written and verbal) with native or near-native proficiency.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a Customer Service or Call Center environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to think critically under pressure.
- Proficiency in using computer systems and CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, Zendesk).
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a customer-first mindset.
- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree in any field is preferred.
- Willingness to work on shifting schedules, including weekends and holidays.
