Tanggung Jawab
- Deliver exceptional customer service in both Spanish and English across multiple communication channels, including phone, email, and chat.
- Accurately identify and assess customer needs to provide effective resolutions or escalate complex issues to the appropriate team.
- Maintain a high level of product and service knowledge to assist customers efficiently.
- Document all customer interactions, transactions, and resolutions in the company's CRM system.
- Adhere to company policies, procedures, and quality guidelines to ensure customer satisfaction and operational excellence.
- Collaborate with team members and other departments to improve the overall customer experience.
- Meet or exceed performance metrics such as customer satisfaction scores, average handling time, and resolution rates.
- Participate in ongoing training sessions to enhance skills and product knowledge.
Kualifikasi
- Fluency in Spanish (both written and verbal) is mandatory.
- Excellent command of the English language.
- At least 1 year of experience in a Customer Service or Call Center environment is preferred.
- High school diploma or equivalent is required; College degree is a plus.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Willingness to work on-site in Taguig City.
- Ability to work in a shifting schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Proficient in basic computer applications and CRM software.
