Tanggung Jawab

  • Assist Spanish-speaking clients in understanding complex financial products and navigating the loan application process.

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all customer interactions and transactions within the CRM system.

  • Stay informed about company policies, products, and regulatory compliance requirements.

Kualifikasi

  • Native or bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English (reading, writing, speaking).
  • Previous experience in customer service, call center operations, or the financial services industry is preferred.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, Zendesk).
