Tanggung Jawab
- Manage high-volume inbound and outbound calls regarding personal loan inquiries.
- Process loan applications and account modifications accurately and efficiently.
- Explain complex financial products and loan terms to Spanish-speaking customers in clear language.
- Resolve customer complaints and escalations to ensure high satisfaction ratings.
- Maintain detailed records of all customer interactions in the CRM system.
- Adhere to all Wells Fargo policies, procedures, and compliance regulations.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily and monthly performance targets.
Kualifikasi
- Fluency in English and Spanish (verbal and written) is mandatory.
- Previous experience in a call center or customer service environment is preferred.
- Basic understanding of financial services and lending products.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle difficult customer situations.
- Proficiency in using computer systems and CRM software.
- High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree in Business or Finance is a plus.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
