Tanggung Jawab
- Serve as the primary bilingual point of contact for Spanish-speaking mortgage customers via phone and digital channels.
- Research and resolve complex inquiries regarding mortgage accounts, escrow, and payment processing.
- Ensure compliance with Wells Fargo’s internal policies and federal mortgage lending regulations.
- Educate customers on mortgage products, digital tools, and self-service options.
- Document customer interactions accurately in our proprietary CRM systems to maintain data integrity.
- Collaborate with internal departments to facilitate timely resolution of escalated customer concerns.
- Maintain high standards of service quality and customer satisfaction metrics.
Kualifikasi
- Fluency in English and Spanish (verbal and written) is mandatory.
- Previous experience in customer service, contact centers, or the mortgage/banking industry is highly preferred.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to explain complex financial information in simple terms.
- Excellent computer literacy and proficiency in navigating multiple software systems simultaneously.
