Tanggung Jawab
- Serve as the primary bilingual point of contact for inbound calls from Spanish-speaking patients and providers.
- Provide accurate and detailed information regarding account statements, billing queries, and payment history.
- Navigate and update patient account information within our secure healthcare database with high precision.
- Explain complex payment procedures and financial assistance options clearly and compassionately.
- Collaborate with internal departments to resolve escalated billing or service concerns effectively.
- Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction while meeting departmental key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Adhere to strict data privacy and HIPAA compliance standards during every interaction.
Kualifikasi
- Full professional proficiency in both Spanish and English (written and verbal).
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a customer service or call center environment, preferably in a healthcare or BPO setting.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to explain technical billing concepts in simple terms.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with an empathetic approach to customer inquiries.
- Proficiency in basic computer applications and database navigation.
- Ability to multitask and adapt to a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment.
- Must be willing to work on-site in Mandaluyong City, Metro Manila.
