Tanggung Jawab
- Manage inbound and outbound sales inquiries from Spanish-speaking customers with a high level of professionalism.
- Utilize expert-level Spanish proficiency to explain product features, benefits, and service offerings.
- Identify customer needs and provide tailored solutions to close sales and meet monthly targets.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities within the company CRM.
- Build and sustain strong long-term relationships with clients to ensure high retention rates.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve client issues and provide seamless support.
- Participate in regular team meetings to discuss market trends, sales strategies, and performance insights.
Kualifikasi
- Exceptional fluency in both Spanish (verbal and written) and English.
- Previous experience in Sales, Customer Service, or a similar BPO/corporate environment.
- Strong negotiation skills and the ability to handle objections gracefully.
- Excellent communication skills with a clear, professional, and empathetic tone.
- Ability to thrive in a high-volume, performance-driven environment.
- Working knowledge of CRM software and standard office productivity tools.
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree is a plus.
- Ability to work flexible shifts to accommodate international business hours.
