- Provide exceptional technical support in Spanish and English for Dexcom CGM systems
- Troubleshoot device connectivity, calibration, and data accuracy issues
- Guide patients through product setup, app navigation, and feature utilization
- Document interactions and maintain detailed case records in CRM systems
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex technical escalations
- Stay current on product updates, troubleshooting protocols, and healthcare regulations
- Deliver empathetic support to users managing diabetes in high-stress situations
Kualifikasi
- Fluency in Spanish and English (written and verbal)
- 1+ years of technical support or customer service experience
- High school diploma; college degree preferred
- Strong problem-solving and active listening skills
