In this pivotal role, you will be the heartbeat of our Spanish-market expansion, responsible for driving business growth through strategic outreach, rigorous CRM management, and effective opportunity qualification.
This is a 100% Work-From-Home (WFH) opportunity operating on a night shift schedule. You will work with high-level stakeholders, manage sales pipelines, and leverage your bilingual proficiency to close deals and maintain long-lasting client relationships in the Spanish-speaking market.
Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute effective channel sales strategies to penetrate the Spanish-speaking market.
- Proactively conduct outreach to potential partners and clients to expand business reach.
- Manage and maintain accurate data within the CRM, ensuring high standards of sales discipline.
- Qualify new business opportunities and transition them effectively through the sales pipeline.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align sales goals with company objectives.
- Conduct professional presentations and negotiations with international partners in Spanish and English.
- Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics for management review.
Kualifikasi
- Fluent in both Spanish and English (written and verbal) is a must.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in Channel Sales or Business Development.
- Strong proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar).
- Excellent ability to qualify leads and manage complex sales cycles.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a remote setting.
- Exceptional interpersonal and negotiation skills for building partner relationships.
- Ability to work effectively on a night shift schedule.
- Highly organized, self-motivated, and capable of working independently.
