In this pivotal role, you will be the heartbeat of our Spanish-market expansion, responsible for driving business growth through strategic outreach, rigorous CRM management, and effective opportunity qualification.

This is a 100% Work-From-Home (WFH) opportunity operating on a night shift schedule. You will be supported by a global company known for fostering long-term career growth and professional development. You will work with high-level stakeholders, manage sales pipelines, and leverage your bilingual proficiency to close deals and maintain long-lasting client relationships in the Spanish-speaking market.

Tanggung Jawab

  • Develop and execute effective channel sales strategies to penetrate the Spanish-speaking market.
  • Proactively conduct outreach to potential partners and clients to expand business reach.
  • Manage and maintain accurate data within the CRM, ensuring high standards of sales discipline.
  • Qualify new business opportunities and transition them effectively through the sales pipeline.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align sales goals with company objectives.
  • Conduct professional presentations and negotiations with international partners in Spanish and English.
  • Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics for management review.

Kualifikasi

  • Fluent in both Spanish and English (written and verbal) is a must.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in Channel Sales or Business Development.
  • Strong proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar).
  • Excellent ability to qualify leads and manage complex sales cycles.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a remote setting.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and negotiation skills for building partner relationships.
  • Ability to work effectively on a night shift schedule.
  • Highly organized, self-motivated, and capable of working independently.
