Tanggung Jawab
- Handle inbound and outbound calls from Spanish-speaking patients regarding medical inquiries, appointment scheduling, and general health information.
- Provide empathetic support and accurate information to patients, ensuring they feel valued and understood throughout the interaction.
- Translate and interpret medical information between Spanish and English as required to facilitate clear communication with healthcare staff.
- Document patient interactions accurately in the CRM system, maintaining strict confidentiality and compliance with data privacy regulations.
- Collaborate with medical providers to resolve patient concerns and escalate urgent issues appropriately.
- Assist with administrative tasks related to patient records and service follow-ups to ensure smooth operations.
Kualifikasi
- Fluent in Spanish (Native or Business Proficiency) with strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Previous experience in customer service, call center operations, or healthcare support is highly preferred.
- Basic understanding of medical terminology and healthcare processes.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a demonstrated ability to handle sensitive and stressful situations with empathy and professionalism.
- Proficient in using computer systems, CRM software, and Microsoft Office applications.
- Available to work full-time, including weekends and holidays as needed.
