Tanggung Jawab

  • Handle inbound and outbound calls from Spanish-speaking patients regarding medical inquiries, appointment scheduling, and general health information.
  • Provide empathetic support and accurate information to patients, ensuring they feel valued and understood throughout the interaction.
  • Translate and interpret medical information between Spanish and English as required to facilitate clear communication with healthcare staff.
  • Document patient interactions accurately in the CRM system, maintaining strict confidentiality and compliance with data privacy regulations.

  • Assist with administrative tasks related to patient records and service follow-ups to ensure smooth operations.

Kualifikasi

  • Fluent in Spanish (Native or Business Proficiency) with strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Previous experience in customer service, call center operations, or healthcare support is highly preferred.
  • Basic understanding of medical terminology and healthcare processes.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a demonstrated ability to handle sensitive and stressful situations with empathy and professionalism.
  • Proficient in using computer systems, CRM software, and Microsoft Office applications.
