- Communicate fluently in both Spanish and English to support international client operations.
- Provide high-quality customer support, administrative assistance, or specialized functional support in Finance or HR.
- Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with global service standards.
- Resolve complex inquiries or process-related issues with efficiency and professionalism.
- Collaborate across diverse teams to meet performance KPIs and service level agreements.
- Continuously improve service delivery through proactive feedback and process optimization.
- Act as a cultural bridge for clients expanding into Spanish-speaking markets.
Kualifikasi
- Professional proficiency in Spanish (written and spoken) is mandatory.
- Advanced English communication skills.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in Customer Service, Finance, HR, or a related administrative field.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Business, Finance, HR, or Linguistics.
