The Role:
As the Spare Parts Sales Coordinator, you will be the crucial link between the company and its regional distributor network. Your daily focus will involve managing the entire spare parts sales cycle, from initial technical enquiry to order fulfilment and after-sales support. You will leverage your commercial acumen and technical knowledge to provide accurate quotations, optimize inventory levels, and ensure seamless logistics coordination.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the complete spare parts order process, ensuring commercial and technical accuracy in all transactions.
- Build and nurture strong relationships with a network of regional distributors, enhancing customer loyalty.
- Analyze inventory data and collaborate with the supply chain team to maintain optimal stock levels.
- Prepare and present regular sales reports, forecasts, and market analysis to senior management.
- Resolve post-sales issues promptly to maintain high levels of customer trust and satisfaction.
- Identify new business opportunities and drive spare parts sales growth within the assigned territory.
Qualifications:
- Diploma or Degree in Engineering, Business, Supply Chain, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a sales coordination, spare parts, or aftermarket service role.
- Strong technical aptitude with the ability to read engineering drawings and parts catalogs.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and ERP systems.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
