In this role, you will play a critical part in maintaining the efficiency of our operational supply chain. Tanggung Jawab

  • Develop and maintain accurate estimations for spare part requirements based on historical data and future operational needs.
  • Manage the end-to-end process of spare part deposit applications and procurement documentation.
  • Prepare comprehensive administrative reports regarding inventory movement, usage, and replenishment cycles.
  • Coordinate with internal departments and suppliers to ensure timely availability of critical components.
  • Monitor and update spare part database records to ensure 100% data integrity.
  • Conduct periodic stock audits to verify physical counts against system records.
  • Handle documentation related to spare part warranty claims and returns.

Kualifikasi

  • Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Logistics, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in spare part administration, inventory control, or warehouse logistics.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables).
  • Strong numerical aptitude and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and meet strict deadlines.
  • Excellent communication skills in Indonesian (English proficiency is a plus).
  • Familiarity with automotive or heavy equipment spare parts is highly advantageous.
