Tanggung Jawab
- Manage spare parts inventory including stock levels, rotation, and disposal protocols
- Develop and execute procurement strategies for critical spare parts
- Lead a team of technicians in preventive maintenance and repair activities
- Analyze usage data to optimize inventory costs and reduce obsolescence
- Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of quality components
- Maintain accurate documentation of parts, warranties, and maintenance records
- Implement continuous improvement initiatives for spare parts management
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, or related field
- Minimum 5 years experience in spare parts or inventory management
- Proven leadership experience in technical or maintenance teams
- Strong analytical skills with ERP system proficiency
- Knowledge of preventive maintenance methodologies
- Excellent negotiation and vendor management abilities
- Ability to work under pressure in fast-paced environments
- Certification in inventory management (CPIM/CSCP) preferred
