Tanggung Jawab
- Implement and maintain Statistical Process Control (SPC) charts and monitor real-time process trends.
- Analyze process capability indices (Cp/Cpk) and identify opportunities for improvement to enhance overall yield.
- Conduct root cause analysis (RCA) for non-conformance events and quality deviations.
- Collaborate with production, engineering, and maintenance teams to develop and execute corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
- Prepare comprehensive quality reports, dashboards, and presentations for management review.
- Train production personnel on quality standards, process controls, and defect prevention techniques.
- Participate in internal quality audits and supplier quality assessments to ensure compliance with ISO standards.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, or Chemical) or a related technical field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in Quality Engineering or Process Control within the Semiconductor or Electronics manufacturing sector.
- Strong working knowledge of SPC, Six Sigma methodologies (Green Belt preferred), and Quality Management Systems (ISO).
- Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Minitab, JMP, or advanced Excel functions.
- Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work under pressure.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to influence cross-functional teams.
