Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) for students with special needs
- Create engaging, age-appropriate lesson plans that address diverse learning styles and developmental levels
- Monitor student progress and maintain detailed documentation of achievements and challenges
- Collaborate with parents, therapists, and other educational professionals to support holistic child development
- Foster a positive, inclusive classroom environment that promotes social, emotional, and cognitive growth
- Utilize various teaching methodologies and adaptive materials to accommodate different learning needs
- Participate in ongoing professional development and team meetings to enhance teaching practices
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Education, Special Education, or Early Childhood Education
- Relevant teaching certification or license (e.g., LET, SPED certification)
- Minimum of 2 years experience working with young children, preferably in inclusive settings
- Strong knowledge of child development principles and educational methodologies
- Excellent communication skills with children, parents, and colleagues
- Patient, compassionate, and adaptable approach to teaching diverse learners
- Ability to create and implement effective behavior management strategies
- Proficiency in using educational technology and adaptive teaching tools
