Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and implement individualized education programs (IEPs) for students with special needs
- Provide specialized instruction in academic, behavioral, and life skills areas
- Collaborate with Speech Language Therapists and multidisciplinary team members
- Monitor student progress and adjust teaching strategies based on individual needs
- Create adaptive learning materials and accessible classroom environments
- Communicate effectively with parents, guardians, and school staff
- Document student achievements and maintain accurate educational records
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Special Education or related field
- Valid teaching certification in Special Education (Malaysian or equivalent)
- Experience working with diverse learning disabilities and developmental disorders
- Strong knowledge of IEP development and behavioral intervention strategies
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in multidisciplinary settings
- Certification in relevant special education methodologies preferred
