Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and implement individualized education programs (IEPs) tailored to the unique learning needs of each student.
- Deliver engaging and adaptive lessons that facilitate academic, social, and emotional growth.
- Maintain detailed progress reports and documentation to track student development and ensure compliance with center standards.
- Collaborate effectively with parents, therapists, and other healthcare professionals to provide holistic support.
- Create a safe, inclusive, and stimulating classroom environment that encourages student participation and confidence.
- Utilize evidence-based teaching strategies and assistive technologies to enhance learning outcomes.
- Participate in regular team meetings and professional development workshops to keep abreast of the latest SPED methodologies.
Kualifikasi
- Must be a Licensed Professional Teacher (LPT) with a valid PRC license.
- Bachelor's degree in Special Education, Elementary Education, or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of pedagogical techniques for students with diverse learning abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust with students and families.
- Patience, empathy, and a genuine passion for empowering children with special needs.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a multi-disciplinary team.
- Must be based in or willing to commute to Pasig City, Metro Manila.
