Autism Gym Centre is a leading provider of specialized educational services for children with autism spectrum disorder in Sri Gombak, Selangor. We are looking for a passionate and dedicated Special Needs Teacher to join our dynamic team of educators and therapists. In this role, you will design and deliver individualized instruction that addresses each studentās unique learning needs, while fostering a nurturing and inclusive classroom atmosphere.
Key responsibilities include creating individualized education plans (IEPs), conducting progress assessments, collaborating with parents and multidisciplinary professionals, and implementing evidenceābased teaching strategies that promote communication, social, and behavioral development.

Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) tailored to each childās strengths and challenges.
- Provide oneāonāone and smallāgroup instruction using evidenceābased autism teaching methodologies.
- Monitor and document student progress, adjusting instructional strategies as needed.
- Collaborate with parents, speech therapists, occupational therapists, and behavior analysts to ensure holistic development.
- Create a safe, engaging, and structured learning environment that supports sensory needs.
- Participate in team meetings, professional development sessions, and curriculum planning activities.
- Assist with the design and maintenance of classroom resources and adaptive materials.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or degree in Education, Special Education, Psychology, or a related field.
- Prior experience working with children diagnosed with autism spectrum disorder (preferred).
- Strong understanding of autismāspecific teaching strategies, including ABA principles.
- Excellent communication, patience, and empathy to build trust with students and families.
- Ability to manage classroom behavior and adapt instruction to diverse learning styles.
- Certification in Special Needs Education or equivalent is an advantage.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Malaysia is beneficial.
