Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) for students with special needs
- Adapt teaching methods and materials to accommodate diverse learning styles and abilities
- Monitor and document student progress, adjusting instructional approaches as needed
- Collaborate with therapists, counselors, and other educational professionals
- Communicate effectively with parents and guardians regarding student development
- Create a safe, inclusive, and stimulating learning environment
- Participate in professional development and training opportunities
- Maintain accurate records of student assessments and achievements
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Education, Special Education, or related field
- Teaching certification with specialization in special education
- Previous experience working with children with special needs
- Knowledge of various disabilities and effective teaching strategies
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Patient, compassionate, and highly motivated
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- First aid and CPR certification (preferred)
