We are currently seeking a compassionate and dedicated Special Needs Teacher to join our multidisciplinary team in Shah Alam.

Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and implement personalized Individual Education Programs (IEPs) tailored to each child's unique developmental needs.
- Utilize Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) or related therapeutic techniques to improve communication and social skills.
- Conduct regular assessments to track student progress and adjust instructional strategies accordingly.
- Create a safe, inclusive, and stimulating learning environment that encourages engagement and positive behavioral outcomes.
- Maintain detailed documentation and progress reports for parents and clinical staff.
- Collaborate with speech therapists, occupational therapists, and counselors to provide holistic support.
- Provide ongoing support and guidance to caregivers on reinforcing developmental milestones at home.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Special Education, Early Childhood Education, Psychology, or a related field.
- Previous experience working with children with autism or developmental delays is highly preferred.
- Strong understanding of inclusive teaching methods and behavior management strategies.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with children and effectively engage with parents.
- Highly patient, observant, and resilient in handling challenging behavioral situations.
- Proficiency in English and Bahasa Malaysia to communicate effectively with a diverse clientele.
- Commitment to ongoing professional development and staying updated on autism intervention research.
