Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and implement personalized Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) for students with special needs
- Adapt teaching methods and materials to accommodate diverse learning styles and abilities
- Monitor student progress and adjust instructional strategies as needed
- Collaborate with parents, therapists, and other educators to support student development
- Create a safe, inclusive, and nurturing classroom environment
- Utilize assistive technologies and specialized teaching tools effectively
- Document student progress and maintain accurate educational records
- Participate in ongoing professional development in special education
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Special Education, Education, or related field
- Teaching certification with specialization in special education
- Minimum 2 years of experience working with students with special needs
- Strong knowledge of IEP development and implementation
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Patient, compassionate, and adaptable teaching approach
- Ability to work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams
- Familiarity with assistive technologies and educational software
