- Design and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) tailored to each student's unique needs and abilities.
- Utilize evidence-based teaching strategies, such as Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) and TEACCH, to foster learning and development.
- Monitor student progress regularly and adjust instructional methods to ensure continuous improvement.
- Communicate effectively with parents, caregivers, and multidisciplinary team members to provide holistic support.
- Create a safe, structured, and engaging classroom environment that promotes independence and confidence.
Kualifikasi
- Relevant degree in Special Education, Psychology, or a related field.
- Valid teaching certification or license is preferred.
- Previous experience working with children with special needs, particularly autism, is highly desirable.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with students and families.
- Resilience, patience, and a genuine passion for child development and advocacy.
