Tanggung Jawab
- Design and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) for students with autism spectrum disorder
- Deliver specialized instruction in academic, social, and life skills development
- Monitor student progress and adapt teaching strategies using data-driven approaches
- Collaborate with therapists, parents, and support staff to ensure holistic development
- Develop visual supports and sensory-friendly classroom environments
- Utilize evidence-based interventions (ABA, TEACCH, PECS) tailored to individual needs
- Document student achievements and maintain comprehensive educational records
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Special Education, Psychology, or related field
- Professional certification in autism spectrum disorder or applied behavior analysis
- Minimum 2 years experience teaching children with autism (AYAC preferred)
- Strong knowledge of Malaysian national curriculum modifications for special needs
- Certification in crisis intervention and behavior management techniques
- Excellent communication skills for parent-teacher collaboration
- Valid teaching license with special education endorsement
