Tanggung Jawab
- Design and implement individualized education programs (IEPs) for students with autism spectrum disorders
- Develop specialized curriculum focusing on academic, social, and life skill development
- Utilize evidence-based interventions including ABA, TEACCH, and sensory integration techniques
- Collaborate with occupational therapists, speech pathologists, and support staff
- Monitor student progress and maintain detailed educational documentation
- Adapt teaching methods to accommodate diverse learning styles and sensory needs
- Facilitate parent-teacher conferences and provide ongoing guidance to families
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Special Education, Education, or related field
- Teaching certification with specialization in special needs or autism education
- Minimum 2 years experience working with students on the autism spectrum
- Proficiency in behavioral intervention strategies and IEP development
- Strong communication skills with ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams
- Certification in Applied Behavior Analysis (BCBA) or equivalent preferred
- Valid Malaysian teaching license and First Aid certification
