Join The National Autism Society of Malaysia (NASOM) as a Special Needs Teacher in Teluk Pulai and make a transformative impact on children with autism. Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) tailored to students' unique learning needs
- Design and deliver evidence-based autism intervention programs
- Monitor student progress and adapt teaching methodologies accordingly
- Collaborate with therapists, parents, and support staff
- Create safe, inclusive classroom environments
- Document student achievements and challenges for progress reports
- Utilize behavioral management techniques to support positive development
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Special Education or related field
- Teaching certification or equivalent qualification
- Minimum 2 years experience working with autism spectrum disorder
- Strong knowledge of ABA, TEACCH, or other evidence-based approaches
- Creative problem-solving and adaptive teaching skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Patience and emotional resilience when working with diverse learners
