In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for the development, validation, and rigorous maintenance of special process procedures that ensure our products meet the highest quality and safety standards.
As a Senior Engineer, you will serve as the subject matter expert for complex thermal and chemical processes, including heat treatment, surface finishing, and high-precision welding. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot process deviations, lead process improvement initiatives, and ensure full compliance with international engineering standards. Tanggung Jawab
- Develop, validate, and document special process procedures including heat treatment, surface treatments, and industrial coatings.
- Oversee welding and brazing operations to ensure adherence to technical specifications and quality protocols.
- Perform regular process audits and risk assessments to maintain operational integrity and safety.
- Lead root cause analysis for process-related failures and implement effective corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
- Collaborate with manufacturing and quality teams to optimize process efficiency and reduce scrap rates.
- Manage technical documentation and ensure compliance with ISO and relevant aerospace or industrial standards.
- Mentor junior engineers and provide technical guidance on process best practices.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Materials, or Metallurgical Engineering or a related discipline.
- Minimum 5-7 years of hands-on experience in special processes (heat treatment, surface treatment, welding/brazing).
- Strong knowledge of ISO 9001/AS9100 quality management systems.
- Proven ability to interpret technical drawings, specifications, and international engineering standards.
- Excellent analytical skills with a proactive approach to troubleshooting and process optimization.
- Strong communication skills, capable of working effectively across departments.
- Experience in validation methods (IQ/OQ/PQ) is highly advantageous.
