As a Business Development Specialist, you will identify new partnership opportunities, negotiate contracts, and build lasting relationships with local merchants. Your success will directly contribute to the growth of our marketplace, ensuring that Foodpanda remains the preferred choice for food delivery in Sarawak. Tanggung Jawab

  • Identify and engage with potential restaurant partners in the Kuching area to expand the Foodpanda network.
  • Drive sales growth and revenue through strategic partnerships and relationship management.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and new business opportunities.
  • Collaborate with internal operations and marketing teams to onboard and support new partners.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.
  • Maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing partners to ensure retention and upselling.
  • Represent Foodpanda at local events and trade shows to build brand awareness.

Kualifikasi

  • Minimum of 1-3 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, or Account Management.
  • Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills with the ability to influence decisions.
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and capable of working independently.
  • Familiarity with the F&B (Food and Beverage) industry is highly desirable.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
  • Valid driving license and willingness to travel within the region.
