Tanggung Jawab
- Identify, approach, and onboard high-quality restaurant and retail partners to the Foodpanda platform.
- Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline through proactive lead generation and networking.
- Negotiate partnership terms and commercial agreements to ensure mutual business growth.
- Conduct regular market analysis to identify trends and optimize sales strategies within the Johor Bahru region.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Operations and Marketing, to ensure seamless merchant onboarding and launch.
- Develop and nurture strong relationships with existing merchants to identify upselling and growth opportunities.
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to meet individual and regional sales targets.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in business development, field sales, or account management (1-3 years).
- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to influence and persuade potential partners.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with proficiency in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- High proficiency in CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and MS Office suite.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of working independently in a fast-paced environment.
- A valid driver’s license and own transportation for field visits within the territory.
- Strong understanding of the local Johor Bahru food and beverage market landscape.
