Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
- 3+ years experience in chatbot development (Dialogflow, Rasa, or similar platforms)
- Proven track record in digital adoption and change management
- Strong programming skills in Python/JavaScript for chatbot customization
- Experience with UX/UI design principles for digital interfaces
- Certification in change management or digital transformation methodologies
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
