Tanggung Jawab
- Resolve customer inquiries across multiple channels including email, chat, and social media
- Manage and resolve customer escalations with empathy and efficiency
- Collaborate with product teams to identify service improvement opportunities
- Document customer interactions and maintain accurate case records
- Analyze customer feedback trends to enhance service quality
- Train new team members on customer service protocols and tools
- Support seasonal demand surges during peak travel periods
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or bachelor's degree in Business, Tourism, or related field
- 1-2 years of customer service experience in travel/tech industry
- Proficiency in English and Bahasa Malaysia
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
- Experience with CRM systems (e.g., Zendesk, Salesforce)
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends
- Attention to detail and organizational abilities
