We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Specialist, Driver Acquisition to join our team at Grab in the Philippines. As a key member of our regional growth team, you will be responsible for the end-to-end acquisition of new driver-partners. Your mission is to attract, onboard, and engage high-quality partners to ensure the best ride experiences for our passengers and the most rewarding economic opportunities for our drivers.

You will develop localized strategies, forge strong relationships within the driver community, and represent Grab at various events and activations across Marikina City and Metro Manila. Tanggung Jawab

  • Develop and implement strategic driver acquisition plans to meet monthly and quarterly targets.
  • Prospect, identify, and engage potential driver-partners through field visits, events, and online channels.
  • Conduct compelling product presentations and one-on-one negotiations to convert leads into active driver-partners.
  • Manage the complete onboarding journey, ensuring a seamless and personalized experience.
  • Collaborate with the Marketing team to design localized campaigns and activation events.
  • Analyze competitor activities and market trends to refine acquisition strategies.
  • Track, report, and analyze acquisition KPIs to drive data-informed decisions and improvements.
  • Work with Operations and Support teams to ensure driver satisfaction and reduce early churn.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • At least 1-3 years of experience in Sales, Business Development, or Account Management.
  • Demonstrated ability to consistently meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Filipino.
  • Highly self-motivated, results-oriented, and comfortable with extensive field work.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a knack for building rapport with diverse groups.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with CRM tools.
  • Willingness to work in Marikina City and travel across Metro Manila as needed.
