We are seeking a highly skilled Specialist Electrical AC Engineer to join our engineering team at The Summit Kelapa Gading residential complex. In this critical role, you will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and optimization of electrical systems and air conditioning units across our premium residential properties. Your expertise will ensure the comfort, safety, and operational efficiency of our residents' living environments while adhering to industry standards and safety protocols. This position requires a proactive professional with a strong technical background and commitment to excellence. Tanggung Jawab
- Install, maintain, and troubleshoot electrical systems and AC units in residential units and common areas
- Perform preventive maintenance inspections to ensure optimal equipment performance
- Diagnose electrical faults and AC malfunctions using diagnostic tools and technical manuals
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and building codes for all electrical work
- Coordinate with maintenance teams for system upgrades and retrofit projects
- Document maintenance activities and prepare technical reports for management
- Respond promptly to emergency repair requests during and after business hours
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related technical field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in electrical systems and AC maintenance
- Valid electrical certification and HVAC technician license
- Strong knowledge of residential electrical systems and HVAC technology
- Proficiency in troubleshooting complex electrical and mechanical issues
- Familiarity with building safety regulations and industry standards
- Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
