AT&S is seeking a skilled Specialist/ Engineer for our Plant Engineering (SRSF) team in Kulim, Kedah. Tanggung Jawab
- Plan, execute, and oversee plant engineering projects to support high-volume manufacturing lines.
- Monitor and optimize utility systems and infrastructure to ensure 24/7 production stability.
- Lead preventive and predictive maintenance strategies to minimize downtime and enhance asset reliability.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including operations, safety, and project management, to implement facility upgrades.
- Troubleshoot complex technical issues within the SRSF plant and provide root-cause analysis.
- Ensure compliance with international safety, environmental, and quality standards (ISO, EHS).
- Manage vendor relationships and oversee the technical performance of outsourced service contractors.
- Contribute to energy-saving initiatives and continuous improvement projects to drive operational excellence.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Mechatronic Engineering or a related technical field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in plant engineering, facility management, or a high-tech manufacturing environment.
- Solid understanding of industrial automation, utility systems, and facility infrastructure (HVAC, compressed air, power distribution).
- Proven ability to interpret technical drawings, schematics, and engineering documentation.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a hands-on approach to equipment maintenance.
- Proficiency in computer-aided design (CAD) software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong communication skills in English and Bahasa Melayu, with the ability to work in a multicultural setting.
- Experience with semiconductor or high-end substrate manufacturing processes is highly preferred.
