- Develop and maintain high-quality cost management deliverables in accordance with company standards.
- Define, document, and implement cost engineering reporting requirements and methodologies.
- Analyze project costs and variances to provide accurate forecasting and budget control.
- Collaborate with project managers and finance teams to ensure alignment on financial objectives.
- Ensure data accuracy and integrity within the cost engineering systems and databases.
- Support the continuous improvement of cost engineering processes and tools.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in cost engineering, financial analysis, or project controls.
- Strong proficiency in MS Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP) and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle).
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact with diverse stakeholders.
- Experience working in a global or multi-cultural business environment is preferred.
