Tanggung Jawab
- Design, develop, and deploy Generative AI models and Large Language Models (LLMs) tailored for healthcare applications.
- Collaborate with R&D and operational teams to identify opportunities for AI integration and automation.
- Build and maintain robust data pipelines and infrastructure to support model training and inference.
- Optimize model performance, scalability, and latency using best practices in MLOps and cloud computing.
- Ensure AI solutions adhere to regulatory standards, data privacy, and ethical guidelines.
- Conduct code reviews, technical mentoring, and knowledge sharing within the engineering team.
- Document technical specifications, API endpoints, and model architecture for internal stakeholders.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field (Master’s degree preferred).
- Minimum of 3-5 years of professional experience in software engineering, with a focus on Machine Learning or AI.
- Strong proficiency in Python and deep learning frameworks such as PyTorch or TensorFlow.
- Experience with Natural Language Processing (NLP) techniques and LLM fine-tuning/instruct tuning.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
