Throughout this one-year assignment, you will manage end-to-end supply chain activities, from supplier coordination to inventory reconciliation. Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and maintain accurate inventory records to ensure optimal stock levels and minimize discrepancies.
- Coordinate with internal departments and external suppliers to streamline procurement and delivery schedules.
- Analyze supply chain data to identify bottlenecks and implement process improvements.
- Oversee the receiving, storage, and dispatching of goods to ensure timely fulfillment of orders.
- Conduct regular stock audits and reconcile physical stock with system data (ERP/WMS).
- Generate comprehensive reports on inventory turnover, supply chain costs, and vendor performance.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and company policies within the warehouse and logistics operations.
- Collaborate with the logistics team to optimize transportation routes and reduce lead times.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in inventory control or supply chain operations.
- Strong proficiency in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or Microsoft Dynamics) and Microsoft Excel.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a high attention to detail.
- Effective communication and negotiation skills to manage supplier relationships.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks under tight deadlines.
- Must be willing to commit to a 1-year fixed-term contract.
- Residing in or able to commute to Glenmarie, Selangor.
