Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and maintain the organization’s IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and workstations to ensure optimal performance.
- Provide Tier 2 technical support to end-users, resolving hardware, software, and network issues in a timely manner.
- Perform regular system updates, patches, and security audits to safeguard sensitive company data and comply with regulations.
- Monitor network performance and troubleshoot connectivity issues to minimize downtime and maximize productivity.
- Assist in the deployment, configuration, and maintenance of new hardware and software solutions.
- Collaborate with external vendors and internal departments to ensure IT asset management is up to date.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in IT infrastructure support, system administration, or help desk roles.
- Strong knowledge of Windows Server, Active Directory, and TCP/IP networking protocols.
- Familiarity with virtualization technologies (e.g., VMware) and cloud services is a plus.
- Excellent troubleshooting skills and the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical staff.
- Relevant certifications such as MCSE, CCNA, or CompTIA A+ are highly desirable.
