- Lead global IT portfolio planning lifecycle from strategy execution to performance evaluation
- Design and implement analytics frameworks to track portfolio value and ROI
- Ensure compliance with IT governance policies and regulatory requirements
- Develop executive dashboards and reports for data-driven decision support
- Collaborate with business units to align IT investments with strategic priorities
- Identify portfolio optimization opportunities through trend analysis and benchmarking
- Drive continuous improvement of portfolio management methodologies
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Business Analytics, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in IT portfolio management, analytics, or strategic planning
- Proficiency in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI) and portfolio management systems
- Strong understanding of IT governance frameworks (COBIT, ITIL, ISO 27001)
- Advanced analytical skills with experience in statistical modeling and forecasting
- Proven ability to translate complex data into actionable business insights
- Certifications in portfolio management (PfMP, CIPM) or data analytics preferred
