We are currently seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Specialist Logistics Operations to join our team in Kuala Lumpur for a 1-year contract. We are looking for a professional who is passionate about supply chain excellence and innovation to help us impact the future of mobility and industrial technology.
In this role, you will be responsible for managing key logistics processes to ensure the efficient flow of materials within our manufacturing operations. You will work in a dynamic environment that encourages collaboration and professional development. As a Specialist, you will play a critical role in optimizing our supply chain strategies and driving operational efficiency.
Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and optimize end-to-end logistics workflows, including inbound, outbound, and internal material movements.
- Monitor logistics KPIs and prepare detailed performance reports to drive continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including production and procurement, to align logistics schedules.
- Coordinate with third-party logistics providers to ensure timely delivery and adherence to service level agreements.
- Implement and maintain inventory control procedures to minimize waste and prevent stock shortages.
- Lead process optimization projects using Lean or Six Sigma methodologies.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations, quality standards, and company policies at all times.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related engineering discipline.
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in logistics operations within the manufacturing or automotive sector.
- Proficient in using ERP systems, preferably SAP.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex logistics data and drive data-driven decisions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively in a diverse and global team environment.
- Valid driver’s license is an advantage.
- Proactive problem-solver with a strong focus on efficiency and quality.
