- Collaborate with sales, marketing, and operations teams to ensure seamless partner integration
- Establish KPI frameworks to measure partner performance, engagement, and revenue contribution

Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, or related field (MBA preferred)
- 3+ years of experience in partnership management, business development, or vendor growth
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data interpretation and performance metrics
- Proven track record of developing and executing growth strategies in tech or e-commerce
- Excellent negotiation and relationship-building skills with diverse stakeholders
