Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee the end-to-end procurement cycle, including sourcing, negotiating contracts, and processing purchase orders.
- Identify and evaluate potential suppliers to ensure the best quality goods and services at competitive prices.
- Maintain accurate records of all procurement activities and vendor performance metrics.
- Collaborate with various departments to understand specific needs and ensure timely delivery of materials.
- Analyze market trends and pricing data to implement cost-saving strategies and optimize spend.
- Ensure strict compliance with company policies, internal controls, and regulatory standards.
- Resolve supplier issues and maintain strong, professional relationships with key stakeholders.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of professional experience in procurement, purchasing, or supply chain management.
- Proven track record of successful vendor negotiation and contract management.
- Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and market trends effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
