As a Specialist/Senior Specialist in Finance Transformation, you will drive high-impact initiatives aimed at modernizing, automating, and scaling our regional finance operations. Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and support end-to-end finance transformation projects, ensuring alignment with Sea's global financial standards and strategic goals.
- Identify process inefficiencies within accounting, reconciliation, and financial reporting workflows, and design scalable automation solutions.
- Collaborate with IT, Product, and regional finance teams to manage the implementation and upgrade of ERP systems (such as SAP, Oracle, or Microsoft Dynamics).
- Draft comprehensive Business Requirement Documents (BRD) and coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for new financial systems and modules.
- Standardize month-end closing procedures and develop automated dashboards to improve regional financial reporting accuracy.
- Establish operational controls, data governance policies, and compliance workflows to mitigate financial risks.
- Provide training, documentation, and change management support to local finance teams during system migrations and process rollouts.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Management Information Systems, or a related field.
- 3 to 6 years of professional experience in finance transformation, ERP system implementation, or management consulting within a fast-growing tech environment.
- Strong working knowledge of core financial processes (Record-to-Report, Procure-to-Pay, Order-to-Cash) and accounting standards (IFRS/PSAK).
- Proven experience leading system integration or financial automation projects from inception to completion.
- Excellent analytical skills, with proficiency in SQL, data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI), or advanced MS Excel.
- Outstanding stakeholder management and communication skills, with professional fluency in English.
- A proactive, self-motivated mindset capable of navigating ambiguity in a rapidly evolving corporate landscape.
