We are looking for a detail-oriented Specialist - SSC Finance AP (Korean Speaker) to join our Regional Shared Services team at Schaeffler Group. We are currently seeking a dedicated finance professional to support our Accounts Payable operations, specifically acting as the key liaison for our Korean business units. This role requires a strong understanding of financial processes combined with the ability to communicate effectively in Korean. You will ensure the accurate and timely processing of financial transactions, maintaining the highest standards of data integrity and compliance. Tanggung Jawab
- Manage the full cycle of Accounts Payable, including invoice verification, data entry, and payment processing.
- Liaise with Korean-speaking vendors and internal stakeholders to resolve discrepancies and ensure timely payments.
- Reconcile vendor statements and maintain accurate records of accounts payable.
- Assist in month-end and year-end closing activities, including accruals and adjustments.
- Ensure strict compliance with internal financial controls and Malaysian tax regulations (GST).
- Utilize SAP systems to input financial data and generate reports.
- Participate in process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency within the Shared Service Center.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Proficiency in Korean (native or near-native level) and English is essential.
- 1-3 years of relevant experience in Accounts Payable or Finance.
- Strong analytical skills with a high attention to detail.
- Familiarity with SAP ERP or similar financial software is an advantage.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
