Tanggung Jawab
- Coordinate and oversee daily shipping and logistics operations, ensuring timely delivery of goods.
- Prepare and process essential shipping documentation, including Bills of Lading, Commercial Invoices, and Packing Lists.
- Liaise with freight forwarders, carriers, and customs agents to optimize routes and manage costs.
- Monitor shipment status and proactively resolve any logistics bottlenecks or delivery delays.
- Maintain compliance with all local customs regulations and medical product handling standards.
- Generate accurate logistics reports for management review and supply chain optimization.
- Ensure warehouse shipping areas are organized and aligned with safety and quality protocols.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business, or a related field.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in shipping, logistics, or supply chain coordination.
- In-depth knowledge of import/export procedures and customs documentation.
- Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to handle high-pressure situations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively across departments.
- Prior experience in the pharmaceutical or medical device industry is highly preferred.
